Pärnu scores 68/100 for digital nomads under balanced weights, ranking 244 of 1000 cities. Expect about $1,376 per month, a nomad visa (Digital Nomad Visa (long-stay D visa for teleworking)), and a measured median download speed of 51.5 Mbps.
Pärnu is a low-rise resort town on a shallow bay, about 130 km south of Tallinn, with a wide sandy beach, spa hotels and Estonia's usual excellent digital services. It is cheap outside summer and the e-Residency and nomad visa apply. From October to April it is very quiet and dark, and the airport has no useful flights.
