Klaipėda scores 64/100 for digital nomads under balanced weights, ranking 456 of 1000 cities. Expect about $1,588 per month, no dedicated nomad visa, and a measured median download speed of 85.9 Mbps.
Klaipėda is Lithuania's only seaport, a former Prussian city with a small half-timbered old town and a ferry across to the dunes of the Curonian Spit. It is cheaper than Vilnius, which is about 300 km away, and Palanga airport is 30 km up the coast. The weather is windy and grey for much of the year and the city is quiet after summer.
